Philadelphia Private Jet Charter Services

Philadelphia charter requests reach us in every shape: a Tuesday morning run to Boston for a meeting that ends by three, a full aircraft for a corporate offsite, a family heading to Florida for the winter, a group flying to a game, or freight that has to be somewhere before the plant opens. Whatever the trip, your safety, privacy and comfort come first from the booking through to the landing.

We have spent years building relationships with operators across Pennsylvania, the Northeast and beyond. When you call, we work to find the right aircraft for that specific trip at a competitive rate, and we stay with you through the booking and through the day of departure. Below is an overview of what we arrange.

Air charter services

Passenger charter

Private flights for individuals, families, executives and groups. One aircraft, one trip, run through a single advisor from quote to landing. We source everything from light jets and turboprops through heavy and ultra-long-range jets, and airliner-size aircraft for larger groups.

Group and corporate charter

Full-aircraft charter for companies, sports teams and organizations. When your total passenger count calls for an airliner-size aircraft, those trips may operate under FAR Part 121 rather than Part 135. Either way, the operator goes through our internal due diligence. Payment contracts are with one entity only, as required by law.

Air cargo charter

Full-aircraft freight for time-critical cargo: assembly-line components, lab and clinical specimens, oversized equipment, live cargo, and anything that cannot move on a commercial cargo flight. We coordinate the aircraft, the operator and the routing. This is a full aircraft chartered for your cargo alone.

Medical and air ambulance flights

Flights for patients who need medical support on board, including inter-facility transfers and moves between home and a facility. Charter assist is also available for passengers who need help boarding but do not require ambulance-level care.

Wheelchair-accessible flights

Boarding a private aircraft works differently from boarding an airliner, and the right aircraft and the right FBO make a large difference to how easy it is. Tell us what assistance is needed and we will match the aircraft to it.

Aircraft sales, acquisition and management

We help clients buy and sell aircraft, and we manage aircraft for existing owners: maintenance scheduling, fuel, dispatch and crew coordination handled on your behalf. We can also advise on the right base airport around Philadelphia and on placing your aircraft into the charter market if you want to offset the cost of ownership.

Event and occasion travel

Requests we see regularly from the Philadelphia market:

Industry-specific charter

Philadelphia and the surrounding counties carry a concentrated demand base in a few sectors, with a concentration running from Wilmington through Chester County into central New Jersey. Nine Philadelphia-area companies appear on the 2026 Fortune 500, and their flight departments are a steady part of the work. We regularly arrange flights for:

Supplementary services

  • Pet travel: private charter for pets and exotics. Not every aircraft accepts animals in the cabin, so tell us up front and we will find a carrier that does.
  • Armored transport and security: arranged on request where a trip calls for it.
  • Specialty in-flight catering: by request. Additional charges may apply.
  • Smoking accommodations: available on certain aircraft with advance notice.
  • Ground transportation: with enough notice before your flight, we coordinate ground transport through a third-party vendor. Vehicle options are listed on our FAQ page.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Call 1-888-987-5387 or request a free quote online. We are available 24/7/365 for domestic and international requests. If you are not sure which aircraft or which service fits, our FAQ page covers the questions we get asked most. You can also call and we will talk it through.
