You tell us the trip and we go to the market for it. We handle the sourcing, the operator vetting and the contracting, which is usually the part that takes a flight department the longest, because it means going through procurement, finance and legal for a vendor you may use once.

What we confirm before you see an option
Every operator goes through our own review first. We confirm the operator’s certification, review their safety and incident history, and confirm that the pilots are experienced and current on the specific aircraft type. Where an operator takes part in a Wyvern or ARGUS program, we reference those audits as part of the review. Maintenance responsibility sits with the certified operator, who is audited for it.
Fractional owners use supplemental lift too, chartering outside their program so those hours go where they are worth more.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
