Groups up to nineteen passengers travel under FAR Part 135, the FAA’s rules for on-demand, for-hire charter. Above nineteen, the aircraft required would fall into regional airliner, or airliner-size, operating under FAR Part 121 or foreign equivalent standards. If your group is near that line, tell us early, because it changes both the aircraft and the lead time.
Several smaller aircraft departing together is sometimes the better answer than one large one, particularly when people are joining from different offices.
Practical points
Catering can be arranged with notice. Ground transport at the far end can be coordinated through a third-party vendor if you give us enough warning. Where a retreat runs to a fixed agenda, the return leg is worth confirming at the same time as the outbound.
