Award season concentrates a great deal of private traffic into a handful of dates and a handful of airports. That is the whole planning problem. The flying is straightforward; the ramp space is not.
Book early, and expect a slot
For the major ceremonies, aircraft availability tightens months in advance and the airports involved often require a slot, meaning prior permission to arrive or depart within a set window. Parking may be limited enough that the aircraft repositions and returns for you rather than waiting. Your advisor will tell you which applies before you commit, and will handle the slot request as part of the booking.
On the day
Timings on these trips are rarely fixed until late. Departures from a private terminal give you the flexibility to move by an hour or two without losing the aircraft, provided we know as early as you do.
Catering and cabin preferences can be arranged with notice, and passenger names and itineraries stay confidential.
Most trips leave from Northeast Philadelphia (KPNE). For a larger party, Philadelphia International takes anything up to airliner size.
