Festival airports fill up
The airports serving major festivals are small relative to the demand those weeks create. Ramp parking is limited and a slot may be required, which is prior permission to arrive or depart in a specific window. Your advisor will handle the request where one is needed, and will tell you early if the aircraft has to reposition rather than wait on the ground.
Book as far ahead as the schedule allows. Availability for festival weeks goes long before the program is announced.

Passenger names and itineraries stay confidential, and go only to the operator and the private terminal handling the flight.
