Celebrity & VIP Transportation

Jet Charter Philadelphia arranges private flights for public figures and their teams from Philadelphia and across Pennsylvania, working with agencies, management companies, labels and production offices as often as with the traveler.

What agencies need from a charter broker is usually not the aircraft. It is the paperwork, the insurance requirements, the budget holding, and knowing that nobody outside the flight will see the manifest.

Privacy in practice

Passenger names and itinerary details go to the operator and the private terminal handling the flight, and no further. Private terminals keep you away from the main public concourse at both ends.

What we handle

We arrange aircraft for individual travel, for a touring party moving between dates, and for production equipment traveling separately as air cargo charter. Helicopters can cover short repositioning legs where the schedule is tight.

Where a party runs above nineteen passengers, the aircraft required would fall into regional airliner, or airliner-size, and would operate under FAR Part 121 or foreign equivalent standards rather than FAR Part 135.

Every operator goes through our review before you see an option. We confirm certification, check safety and incident history, and confirm the pilots are experienced and current on the aircraft type you will be flying on.

Departures usually run from Northeast Philadelphia (KPNE).

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Philadelphia-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Winter is the one that catches people out, because de-icing takes time on the ramp before an aircraft can depart and a January departure can sit longer than the same trip in June. Summer brings thunderstorms that move through the corridor quickly and close airspace while they pass. Your advisor watches both ahead of your date and will call you before you call us.
