Sizing it
A squad with staff and equipment usually outgrows a heavy jet. Above nineteen passengers the aircraft required would fall into regional airliner, or airliner-size, and those trips would no longer fall under the FAR Part 135 standards but possibly operate under FAR Part 121 or foreign equivalent standards. Part 121 and equivalent generally carry stricter crew and operating requirements than FAR Part 91 and FAR Part 135. We will tell you which applies once we know the headcount.
People underestimate the equipment. Tell us the weight and the volume early, because it changes the aircraft as much as the passenger count does.

Philadelphia International takes airliner-size aircraft on a 12,000-foot runway, which is what most full-squad charters need. Smaller groups and staff movements run out of Northeast Philadelphia (KPNE).
